If your schedule unexpectedly changes and you can no longer attend classes, you may request a credit for a future language class in your district on a pro-rated basis. No full refunds will be given after two weeks of classes.

UNEXPECTED SCHOOL CLOSINGS

We are unable to issue refunds for classes that are cancelled due to weather, school closures, school-dictated unavailability of space, or any other unexpected closing beyond the control of Fun Fluency. We will do our best to schedule make-up classes, however we cannot guarantee this as it is dependent upon district calendars and largely beyond the control of Fun Fluency. If a school needs to close for an extended period of time, Fun Fluency classes will shift to an E-learning platform.
